Case barely protected phone when dropped. Case leaked underwater.

I liked the product, but I was unable to turn on or off my phone. The button apparently does not line up correctly with the on/off button making it nearly impossible to turn the phone on or off. I will be returning the case to the store.

I returned this life proof box as it made the phone too big for my use.

No one can hear anything but their own reverb. Sounds like a really annoying echo. do not buy, Plus way to expensive to not work. Do companies do r and d anymore?

Waterproof, yes. dust proof, yes. Being able to hear someone talking to you and durable.... NO! Sound is so muffles I had to have everyone on speaker phone. Pretty, but I ended up getting an Otterbox.

I've usually had good luck with these cases but this one did NOT do it's job. I dropped my phone from about two feet at most and phone was cracked on upper left corner. Wish I could say it was money well spent. Cost me money.

I bought two of these first was broke within 2 weeks on the piece covering the charger. 2nd broke after 31 days so.I haveto send it to the manufacturer for 90 dollars these are terrible buys

I have to remove the case to hear when people call me. I don't know why I can't hear anything unless the case is off..not happy with this life proof. Is there anything you can do?

When talking on phone, person on other end has a very hard time hearing what I say. Because the case is waterproof it has a film over speaker. It creates alot of background noise.

had another lifeproof for my S4, the plastic cover over the charge-port broke after using a week. I hope this one last longer. Actual Color is more blue than picture... but can't beat the price.

I purchased this case for my son's S5 because I had heard nothing but good things about Lifeproof cases. Well, not even a month after buying it, he fell down outside and this was in his pocket. The case flexed, allowing the phone to bend and thus resulted in the phone screen cracking to the point it would not work, on top of bending the phone itself so that it was curved when I took it out of the case! Does not seem very "Lifeproof" to me. I won't buy another, I will stick with Otterbox. Never had a phone break inside one of them.

I was unable to hear phone conversation or phone ringing or in coming text. Took product back to the store to exchange for a new case, had the same problem.

It might keep out water and protect the phone but the person you are talking to can barely hear you and it causes a terrible echo on their end as well.

I heard good things about the cases, when I put it on, I couldn't hear a think people were saying and for the cost I couldn't justify the purchase!

I feel that the case was poorly made compared to the iPhone case. My pictures came out horribly when I had the case on.

The part where the charger goes broke after 3 weeks... Protected well until it broke.
