Had to put holes in front of case where speaker is cause you cant hear when on a call

Great case would recommend to others it keeps my phone looking new and I've dropped it plenty of time and still going strong.

I bought a samsung a galaxy 5 and wanted to make sure it is safe to have around me in the wet side of washington state as well safe if it is droped. Right after I got everything done with I turned around and dropped it on the tile floor as I was.leaving the BB. I know first hand the life proof does it's job.

Has kept my phone completely safe but only 4 stars because the screen seems to be perpetually dirty despite cleaning.

Easy to put on. Slim. Waterproof (tested). Callers sometimes have problems hearing me unless I have the charger port open.

You get what you pay for, a water proof case for your device that doesn't add too much bulk. If you have a habit of spilliing or dropping your phone this case takes care of those issue. Downside: I noticed is people say I sound muffled when speaking on the phone.

I bought this for my husband, and he loves it. It is light weight and not bulky like an Otter box. He has been caught in the rain a few times and doesn't worrie about if his phone gets wet.

I really love this case. The one thing I don't like it that people say they have a hard time hearing me sometimes.

The Lifeproof case is a great option for anyone planning to hold on tho their S5 for a long time, the case doubles the water proof rating and keeps it free of dust or any type of wear and tear Worth every $$$ to protect my S5

it does what i wanted it to do which is be water-resistant. it does make the call volume go down a bit tho

I was against the case for I like the slim line of the phone and the new gold color. It was a gift so I had to use it. First day out dropped in big puddle in parking lot. It was out in the rain for at-least 10 minutes. All was well! The clear back lets you see the phones great color.

I love life proof cases because my grand kids play with my phone and it gets dropped some times so the case saves it from damage. The only things I don't like about the cases is the buttons are not as sensitive as the real phone so it's harder to put to sleep and stuff. It is also hard for the other person to hear you when on speaker phone. This is a down fall for sure. Overall if you want your phone protected this is the case to buy!

I bought this phone case for my galaxy s5 a few ago and have absolutely loved it. I have dropped it off a ladder, it's fallen in a puddle of water and still no issues with the phone. The case still looks brand new. I wish I would have gotten one of these sooner

I'm very responsible with my devices (tablets, phones, music players, wearables) but I've had the misfortune of cracking my screen on two devices. The LifeProof case is well worth the money. Its not bulky like the Otter cases and it even water proof! I love it!

It is a great case for durability but it's so sealed that it makes it a little hard to hear.

I really love this case. Only thing I don't like is that sometimes people say they can't hear me.

I haven't had a reason or mishap where I can honestly say this case protected my phone from water. So I am reviewing the case cosmetically more so...It is a great color ! I have the magenta. The 2 downfalls (which aren't MAJOR) is that the charging port is pretty hard to open (however it probably needs to be this way in order to keep it sealed for protection from water), and the case edges do discolor. It picks up colors from your jeans/jacket etc. if you put it in your pocket. I have tried cleaning it but the grungy color does NOT come off. The upside is it does look like it is a very protective case and all ports are accessible. My sound is not muted as I have read in other reviews from the case being on the phone. Camera had no glitches with the case on either. The back part of the case does have a little grip so it isnt slippery and sliding right out of your hand. I would recommend. I hope and pray if I do have a water mishap that this case does pull me through !!

Used this for my son's phone while tubing at the Comal River in New Braunfels, TX. Was able to take pictures and videos. Phobe was kept dry inside. You can do a water test with it at home too. Great.

I have dropped my phone, been around water and it has splashed on it and I spilled coffee on the phone and had to replace it. Since covering my phone with this case it keeps working. I have saved a lot of money and time not having to re-install everything again!

This is a great case to own. It keep it from gettjng damaged when you drop it. Just don't lose the piece for the headphone jack if you do you're kinda put of luck cause if you want to attach your headphones it won't fit and you have to take the whole case off.
