Although the waterproofing works well, it is very hard for the other person to hear you when making of receiving phone calls.

My only issue is that the volume is very low when on speaker phone. So low that I cannot use my speaker when making calls.

I got this case because it was on sale. After opening it up and putting it on the phone it was worth every penny. It looks good and it doesn't affect the touch screen at all. It came with a waterproof extension for the earbuds. Really good quality so far.
