Not happy with iPhone 12 mini

Has times when you cannot make calls or receive them. Phone screen will say called failed while trying to make a call. When this happens you have to go to settings and turn on airplane mode wait, then turn it off for phone to start making calls and receiving them again.

We're so sorry you're running into some audio issues with this FRĒ case. Please try re-seating the phone as that usually does the trick: take the phone out and blow into the microphone ports to clear out any built up dust. When you put the front half of the case on, put the bottom in first, and then push the top in. This will ensure it is aligned properly before you snap on the back.

Terrible Design

Terrible design that is different from older generation Lifeproof cases. Hopefully they realize they made a Lifeproof case into an Otterbox case and switch back to the old styling.

We'd recommend opening the charge port door at the bottom of the case and then press the front of the case firmly against your chest or thigh, with the palm of your hand against the back of the case, to squeeze the air out.
