This is the biggest issue because I use FaceID all of the time. I bought two of these and I will be returning them because of this.

Lasted less than a year, by broken side of rear camera microphone opening, under normal conditions of use, mainly kept in my pants’ front pocket. Dust is now accumulating in back of my iPhone.
