Probably their worst case ever

I spent close to $100 for this phone case. 1.) The screen protector has little dots all in it, which makes the screen hard to see. 2.) Due to the plastic screen protector, it would never recognize my face for face id. 3.) The plastic camera cover on the back continuously became blurry. 4.) the rubber seal inside moves around and pops out when i clean it. 5.) all plastic coverings ended up popping out within the first week. 6.) The sound dial on the side broke, So I have to break the case apart to turn my phone to vibrate. 7.) Last but not lease, the charging port immediately broke.

This garbage they are putting out now is sad. I don't know if they were bought out or something but this is junk now. The waterproof and strength is prob still there but the single most important part of being able to use and touch your screen with ease is gone. The screen protector part is loose, loud, crunchy, doesn't sit flush against the screen so you have to push super hard to type and every digit pops with loud noise bc the plastic is so loose. Very disappointed.

Face I.D. hit or miss

Face I.D. feature wont work all the time. There seems to be an issue with the case not allowing the phone to unlock. I have purchased 3 of these cases to see if the problem was in all three. It was! Also in a dark room the phone sometimes will not read the face I.D. so I need to type in password to unlock. I honestly feel let down by Lifeproof.

The best case for your device

I am supper happy with the case, the only thing I see is that the case is kind of slippery but other than that, it guarantees your phone will always be completely protected.

I have accidentally dropped my phone at home without damage whatsoever. the clear screen protector is easily cleaned with a pc approved spray solution. However, this product is very "pricey".

Been using them since I had an iPhone 5. There has always been a probably with the flap where you charge your phone. I just got this case 2.5 weeks ago and just got a new one today because of the charging flap. Love the case, but that’s been an issue with them breaking.

Especially if I have it in my car listen to my music the piece will probably end up breaking cause it’s end the way in my phone holder

My only complaint is when I use speaker phone no one can hear me talk. I’m guessing it has something to do with it being waterproof. I had the same case on an iPhone 8 and it was the same.
