Sound gets muffled a bit, which is expected since everything is sealed up. Only option I could find that covers up the whole phone including cameras.

I wanted a case that would prevent dust from getting in the earpiece and microphone. The only this I dislike is sometimes people that I am talking to over the phone can't hear me. Thanks to this lifeproof case In 2020 I purchased a lifeproof case for my iPhone 11 promax. Dropped the phone a few times nothing happened to my smart phone. What I did not like was that the clear plastic looked like it had water in it. Very disappointed. I still have this case. The new iPhone 12 promax lifeproof case does not have this problem. Also, I have had two iPhone 6 Lifeproof cases. I dropped this smart phone dozens of times. Nothing happened to my phone and I was covering protest riots. Lifeproof is an expensive, bulky case but it protects your investment and saves you a lot in the long run.

Also it is hard to close applications the swipe doesn't work well. Picture are blurry cuz of case. I have the 12 pro max iPhone and pictures shop;;d be very near but my husbands Samsung S7 pictures are better then the ones with the case on my phone.i would not recommend this unless you are someone who drops their phone on the water or toilet a lot,. I don't do that but the review say it's great unto 6 ft in water. hard to swipe to answer calls.

The screen protector is garbage. It doesn’t fit on the phone nicely. So if it gets wet which are supposed to be able to use in water the key you hit is actually pressing another key. Very frustrating. Then the coverage of the speakers muffles the volume. Plus trying to take calls is more difficult.

We're sorry to hear that you're having troubles using Face ID in your FRĒ case! Thankfully, we have a great walk through to modify your case that should resolve this issue.
Step 1: Open your case and remove your device.
Step 2: Lay the front of the case down on a flat hard surface with the screen protector surface facing down (the Silence Switch will be on your right).
Step 3: Centered near the top of the inside of the screen protector, you’ll see two small clear stickers. Using your fingernail, remove the sticker on the right (leave the left sticker in place).
Step 4: You may need to use some isopropol or rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip to remove glue residue left by the sticker you removed.
