Just a couple weeks in it started to tear near the charge port opening. The phone is still relatively safe inside, and because the case is so much lighter and thinner than other “quality” cases that we’ve had we’ll likely replace this case with the same thing. Disappointed in the premature problem though.

Overpriced given it has lesser ipx waterproof and h scratch proof ratings than the phone itself. Also quite bulky. Tried to make phone calls and person on other end always mentioned distortion.

Keep in mind, that seal is designed to be removable for cleaning purposes, though it shouldn't be overly difficult to re-seat it in the case. Sometimes if you don't have that case installed just right, it can lead to some audio issues like you're experiencing. When you're putting your phone into that case, we recommend sliding your phone in speaker-end first, as that will help with proper alignment of the speakers and microphones. The one for the iPhone 12 Pro is an improvement over past models because it has something built in to the part of the case that covers the screen to avoid the oil looking marks/bubbles that would appear on past versions. Also, it is very durable and can withstand drops without causing any damage to the phone.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your FRĒ case! The good news is, we have some steps to modify your case that should resolve this issue.
Step 1: Open your case and remove your device.
Step 2: Lay the front of the case down on a flat hard surface with the screen protector surface facing down (the Silence Switch will be on your right).
Step 3: Centered near the top of the inside of the screen protector, you’ll see two small clear stickers. Using your fingernail, remove the sticker on the right (leave the left sticker in place).
Step 4: You may need to use some isopropol or rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip to remove glue residue left by the sticker you removed.
