I received the case in good time and when I opened the box I was shocked. The packaging was torn and this case was definitely used.life proof is not cheap. Currently requesting a refund. I will still shop and still love Best Buy but what happened !!?!?!

Screen cover seems to attract oils and smudges hampering your view. Took the case back!

This is the greatest phone case and totally worth the price for active folks. I can drop it, have it by the pool, at the beach and have no fears. Love it and won’t have an iPhone without it.

It has proven to be very durable. When I was working at school, my cell phone went flying across the playground as I was running to an incident. No damage to my new phone due to the lifeproof cover.

The screen was scratched badly, the back of the case where the camera would be, had a sticky residue, finger prints all over the place, and where you would open the case is severely damaged.

Maybe soon they will make them better where they don’t come off . Since Otterbox took over Lifeproof

Dust gets inside case, can’t take a clear picture, and face recognition is greatly compromised. Way overpriced for a temporary case. I haven’t even had it for a month.

We'd recommend removing your case and performing another water test to ensure those seals are still intact. If your case does pass that test, then the dust may be making it into your LifeProof while the port door is open when you're charging your device, so we recommend keeping that closed for as long as possible.

The lens is not snug to phone and it’s like there’s an air pocket you have to overcome to type. Rugged case and should protect my phone.
