Was skeptical about spending so much on a case, glad I did, very durable and feels great in my hand, not bulky at all unlike many cases on the market Would buy again

Does well in protecting the phone and is certainly water proof. I climbed up waterfalls and was fully submerged underwater with it in my pocket and my phone was fine. Only problem is it's hard to hear out of especially when using speaker phone. Dulls out speakers when listening to music and videos as well.

I bought this case for my daughters new iphone6s. She lost 2 previous phones (death by pool water). Needless to say Best Buy had an awesome deal on the iPhone 6s for $1.00 if you activate a new line and she heard from her friend at school that has this same Life Proof case that it is great. I originally bought the Life Proof Nuud case and returned it the same day due to it failing the water test. So far the LifeProof Fre is working out great! The only downfall about this case is that when you are listening to music or have the phone on speaker the sound is muffled and the case vibrates from the sound waves. Over all great case and worth the money. It also passed the water test, it's a keeper.

Really love the LifeProof case! I typically use and purchase Otter Box. LifeProof is way better. I wish you could just plug in head phones without the adapter.

Protects the phone well, but it can be a bit muffled sounding and the headphone connection is a bit funky and seems to not work correctly sometimes

Can't complain too much as this case (with an $89 retail value) was free with an iPhone purchase. A major incentive to purchase the phone. But, there seems to be a rainbow like spot(s) that develops soon after installation no matter how clean the cover or screen are at time of installation. I've seen it on two different cases of people that I know. Case is very light and waterproof. Hasn't been drop tested, yet.

The case fits well, and feels good to handle. I like how it helps my phone slide easily into and out of my pocket, yet it's not slick in a way that would cause it to slide out of my hands---it is easy to grip. I do feel like my phone is well protected from drops and water damage, which is primarily why I wanted the case to begin wth. I am disappointed, however, with the reduced sensitivity of the Touch ID sensor. The plastic membrane over the sensor very easily bubbles and collects dust, which causes it not to recognize my fingerprint. Sometimes Touch ID works after several tries, and sometimes it doesn't work at all and I have to type my passcode. I've noticed some reduced sensitivity of the phone screen as well, but only occasionally and not enough to make me regret getting the case. I expect at least some usability trade off for the kind of protection this case offers. But the Touch ID solution definitely could use improvement. One thing I really appreciate about Lifeproof is their excellent customer service. If I am unhappy with the case I know they will exchange it--they have for me in the past. But I plan to keep this one for the life of this phone.

Still getting used to it. I'm not sure if I like how hard it is. Questioning if it's easier to drop. Sometimes people say they have a hard time hearing me and now I'm questioning if it is this case. Absolutely love the color though. I don't think you should put on a screen protector since this case already comes with one.

The LifeProof case doesn't drastically increase the overall size of the iPhone 6, so there's no concerns it won't fit when you put it in your pocket. It doesn't stick to the inside of a pocket when you try to pull it out like a case with rubber protective sections to it tends to. I prefer the slipperier and slimmer LifeProof design. The case's screen protector doesn't inhibit the phone's touchscreen, and the Touch ID feature still works as intended.

Fits like a glove.. I feel if I drope it that it won't break. And it protects against water too.

This was the best promotion I could have asked for! Used the Otterbox before and was happy but this one gives me peace of mind. Always worry about dropping the phone into water especially with a child who is not always as careful as I hope she would be. I have dropped my phone with this case and all is well. You will not be disappointed! It is not as bulky as the Otterbox Defender.

Bought this to replace a cover that was just over year old. Fits well and appears to provide adequate protection. Best Buy employee actually saved me money by finding it online from a competitor, and matching the price. Great customer service!

Snug fit and light weight. Perfect case. Love the color choices

Went on honeymoon where phone was submerged underwater a few times and held up well. Only complaint is it makes it hard to use other headphone jack accessories because you have to use the adaptor for most plugs to fit. Overall a good case

This case really helps protect your phone and it's very cute! You can even put it underwater and it was a very good buy because Best Buy let's you price match it and I price matched it to Amazon so it was less expensive

This is my 2nd life proof case. I like that they have more color options now. I have had water, milk & other liquids on my case & it still keeps the phone dry. It is expensive but not as much as the cost to buy s new phone if mines got wet. The case is tight so my phone doesn't look bulky. I have no complaints.

Nice case like the protection it provides just don't like how the screen scratches so easily and dust gets underneath it. Other then that not worried if it gets wet with the great seal around the case.

The case is not bad it does protect your phone but its hard to get to the charger port. Also you loose some quality in sound. People have a hard time hearing you if you dont put your mouth just right !

Very good protective case. It will keep my $700 phone the safe. The only thing that I find a little bit difficult with this case is getting used to the screen instead of having a glass one put on it
