Although we are glad that the FRE case is taking care of your iPhone 6/6s, we are sorry that it is giving you an audio problem. This is not normal and we definitely want to get this resolved.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
