Thanks for your feedback! We’re sorry that this FRE case is muffling your voice and that the camera lens is getting dirty. We absolutely want to help out with these unusual problems. We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case).
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the microphone and speaker membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

Only negative is that only certain charger ends will fit in the charger port due to case opening size.
