Excellent protection for my Galaxy S 5. My only complaint is the piece that covers the earphone jack is removable-whether by design or accident. It falls off constantly and leaves me searching for it to make sure the case is still water proof. Perhaps a permanent attached piece would be a better design. Overall, provides worry-free use of my phone.

Nice solid case but I don't know if its really worth the price. If you're super accident prone with your phone, then maybe, but otherwise save your money and buy something cheaper.

Having always used Otterbox cases I originally purchased the Otterbox Defender - which I returned because it was far too bulky. Then I tried the Preserver - which was very durable but you have to use a special tool to open the charging port on the phone....no bueno. This case however is just about perfect. Feels great in the hand, not too bulky, and super durable. Best $80 I could spend on an accessory.

Very easy to use and charge phone with this case and the protection it offers is superb.

Great case. Everything is fully functional while the phone is protected. Also like that all you need is a coin to pop the case off when you need to. No special tool required.

I like how sleek it makes my Galazy s5 phone however, whenever I am talking on the phone, I can barely hear the person so have to turn my volume all the way up.

Bought this for my wife's phone to protect it from all the everyday mishaps that can occur with a case. So far it has been great except for one issue. Within the first month the rubber seal that protects the headphone jack detached from the rest of the case. The seal can still be inserted to protect the jack, but I'm a bit disappointed that the seal broke off from the case when my wife 1) doesn't use the headphone jack very often and 2) did not pull, etc. on it to make it break off.

I love Lifeproof products. I have many for the devices I've had in the past. I've dropped my phone a few times and it's a relief knowing it was safe and not scratched! That being said, people have a very hard time hearing me and I have a hard time hearing them. The speaker function works amazingly, but just a normal phone call is almost impossible some times. You can't get the volume up high enough and people complain that I sound muffled. That's the only drawback I find with it.

The case does what it is designed to do... protect the phone. However, the flap that covers the charging connector can be very hard to open at times.

Case works great on keeping dust out. Appears it would protect phone if dropped. My biggest issue is people say I sound like I'm underwater or voice is muffled. A friend said his Dad has an s5 and had same problem with the same case. I removed the case and no problem. Case appears to be great but not for the s5 which is waterproof. Would recommend case but not for s5.

Being a fishing guide, I'm on the water and around messy slimy stuff constantly. This lifeproof keeps my phone safe, and in perfect condition. I can use it with fish guts on my hands, take pictures in the pouring down rain, and trust that no harm will come to my phone. None of my phones will ever be without a lifeproof. I even have one on my iPad

Love the case, everything I thought it was going to be. The only problem is the port for the charger is difficult to open the "tab" on the phone.

The rubbersiding starts to peel after about 6 months. Can not have a screan protector on with the full screen case. Other than that i love it!!!

Instead of buying insurance for my wife's phone I bought her a LifeProof case and it has held up great. Her previous phone was dropped a few times and had a pretty legit spiderweb on the glass, but this new phone looks great since the case holds up so well. The case is not bulky and she does not notice much added weight to the phone either.

Had to make small holes where speaker is cause plastic wont allow sound through when on a call

I have always wanted a life proof case for my phone. Finally got it for my new S5 and it works great. I do a lot of kayaking,jet skiing, and water sports so it works perfectly for me. One down side is that it impairs the sound making it hard to hear. I understand that having to be water proof it will impair the speakers, but other than that love the case!

Have had an Otterbox case before and decided to try Lifeproof . Have not had any accidents yet so can't comment on how well it protects. Included in box was cleaning cloth and headphone adapter. Easy to install and remove. Built in screen protector is convenient. Do not like the ones where you must squeegee out the air bubbles.

teal color is nice, imho, the best color choice other than if you want black. solid construction, love that the color shows through in the back with the clear case. sound quality seems to be a little low and have to find the "sweet spot" for proper volume. love the integrated face cover-very responsive. case is easy to clean.

Slim design. Waterproof ( tested ). I have droped on the driveway several times (which is where I broke my last phone), no issues!

Tried it out in the shower works perfectly fine. Hope to use it in the summer time and take pics underwater or even at the beach.
