The only issues is that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work all the time (even with resetting fingerprints once the case was on) and also the sound can sometimes be wonky. Overall none of these issues would keep me from NOT having the case though!

But when trying to talk on the phone while using the case the sound was very muffled. Also does not work with most charges except for the Apple. Don't keep this on your phone all the time or else that parts that make it waterproof will wear out.

Great to see that you had some fun snorkeling with your LifeProof FRE! Taking the case on adventures is what it’s all about! Sorry that you seem to be having some trouble with the audio clarity, though. That is generally a pretty quick fix with a re-installation of the device. Go ahead and remove your case, then blow some air through the speaker membrane, and finally insert your device back into the case bottom side first. This should set you up with the clearest pathway for sound. As for the charging cables, we do not currently test for or ensure the compatibility of third-party accessories, but the Apple cord that was packaged with your device will keep you plenty amped up. And, feel FRE to leave the case on, the waterproof nature of the case should last just fine.
