    Be careful with this thing

    I would only buy this case if you can afford to gamble with your phone. Bought this as a birthday present for my boyfriend. We did all the tests to make sure the seals were good before applying it to the phone, but once it was actually DROPPED in water with the case on, It fried his phone. I’d just buy a portable charger if I were you.

    After about 2 months have a problem with screen have to keep swiping tapping and pressing to make it work.

    I bought this case for my fiancé and she absolutely hated it. I returned it 3 days after buying it. Her main complaint was the lack of screen sensitivity with the phone in the case. Ironically, I have an iPhone 6s Plus and the exact same LifeProof case and I love it! I have none of the issues she had. I guess that's why this case was a clearance item when I bought it.

    My husband chose this case as he had the same brand for his old iPhone. He thought it would be great to have the extra battery life for when he's working in the woods for long hours as a Wildland Firefighter. He's only had it for about 2 months and the extra battery in the case has stopped working. This is not acceptable. Hope the warranty is good.

    It worked great for the first 6 weeks. Then started having issues with it not charging properly. We bought 2 of them and they BOTH had the same problem. I guess that's why the price was cut in half when we bought it. Now I'm stuck spending more money on another case

    Case is very finicky

    The lifeproof case is very finicky due to a lack of quality latching mechanism. With all of thw products out there including ziplock with color coded seals and true clasps, the poor closure can pop open (happened to me) while in use and cause the seal to allow water to enter and short out the phone). Very disappointing.

    This product is bad for two main reasons. First of all it makes hearing nearly impossible unless you turn on the speaker phone. Second the product doesn't work anymore a month after I bought it.

    Thought this was gonna be awesome, but definitely failed to meet expectations. Doesn't hold charge for very long. Takes forever to recharge. Side button to mute/unmute phone wasn't able to be switched while case is on. Had constant problems with it wanting to even charge the phone too.

    Had to return because it was not charging. Best Buy's policy is only 15 days on this item and mine was less than 30 days old and not charging my iphone. Best Buy's return policy on this item should be 90 days considering what you pay for it.
