Result - new iPhone :-( LifeProof did not stand by their warranty. They had two different excuses in two seperate emails as to why they would not cover the damages sustained. The iPhone 6s was rendered useless. Do not trust these cases or this company.

When I went to take some pictures saw that the case had failed. I had to purchase a off brand smart phone in the country I was visiting in order to have communication and navigation. Lost all my pictues and put a real dampner on my long awaited vacation.

We were out of the country so we couldn't return it to Best Buy. Called Lifeproof and was told they'll send a replacement. It's been several weeks and no replacement. I followed up and was given the run around. PLEASE STOP SELLING THIS PRODUCT, Best Buy!

We had to exchange then multiple of times due to the ext battery stop charging. One of the cases wouldn't seal properly. In my opinion, their not worth the cost and so we now use just standard generic cases.

Water got into the case even after it was water tested and ruined my phone. So I was in Hawaii with no phone and more upsetting no camera. Thanks lifeproof for keeping me from saving the pictures of my family vacation. I will never trust again.

Had this case for less than a week

We are sorry that the FRE Power case is not meeting your expectations when it comes to charging times. Depending on how low the iPhone’s battery is when you plug the case-iPhone combination in it can take up to 6.5 hours to charge while using the Apple certified wall charger. The iPhone will charge first and the case will follow. We suggest doing this overnight so that when you wake up, you and your FRE Power are ready to go!

It was bulky,the screen felt like loose plastic and it switched power cable to android. This in turn wouldn't work with Apple CarPlay on my pioneer deck. Returned it the same day.

Fell less than three feet and it broke immediately. To have paid $129.00 for a supposedly "Lifeproof" case it did not stand up to its name.
