Have used battery pack before but never knew you could get a battery in the case. It's awesome. Nice when flying so I can have twice battery life. Also good for skiing/cold weather if the phone gets left in the car. Only downside is that you have to remove from case when hooking into Mac if you want quick transfer since case uses micro USB for charge.

Not Worth the Money

It just doesn't seem to close securely. Usually these cases are great, but with the larger size of the 6s plus, I think they had a hard time getting the sizing right. Also, it's super heavy. With some improvements, I would reconsider.

Bought it because the wife and I were going to the beach and needed a way to take pictures and listen to music close to water and In the water. I have some skybuds to go with the life proof case and they are also water resistant. So those two were able to give us a great in the water time at the beach

Creates charging challenge

When purchasing we didn't realize you can no longer use the standard charging cords or devices for our iPhone. The case comes with its own specific charger which makes charging around our house and on the go more difficult. With that being said we typically love our life proof cases.
