Since the face doe not sit snugly on the phone you have to push the keys several times or much harder than I'm use to. Then when taking it apart to put my phone back into my old case a rubber ring from inside of the frame of the case popped. I would now be afraid to use it again as I feel it probably wouldn't keep the water out.

Don't take it out of the case and there's no issue.

He say it fit perfectly and he recommended to me. I did buy it and I just receive it today and I put it on to tried it out for couple hours. Messing with the keyboard touch pad, It is doesn't seem to type really well. I think I rather use my old case. If you are using an iPhone 6s don't bother this one. Just go straight to Best Buy and asked for the sale associate for help. Or do some more research before purchasing it.
