This is quite odd because this case was uniquely designed to fit each device seamlessly. It appears this unit was suffering from a misalignment issue.
In addition, we cannot support the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner through our built-in screen protector. Although this feature isn't compatible with the FRĒ case, you can still use facial recognition and pass codes to unlock your phone.

Great for underwater

On the other hand, you shouldn't have to sacrifice clear audio for premium security. To get the best of both worlds, be sure to turn off all "Noise Cancellation" settings in your phone as this usually does the trick. The fingerprint scanner can work even if you use the included sticker (good luck getting that thing on your screen) and the panel for the camera gets scratched so quickly it makes the camera look foggy and out of focused

You can still use face recognition or a pass code to unlock your phone. Finger print scanner works sooo poorly

After receiving extensive customer feedback about the silicone adapters for the Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner, we learned that the silicone adapter required to utilize the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor was difficult to install. We've actually made the decision to remove this adapter, as we want to ensure that our customers always have a positive experience with their cases. Unfortunately, that means that the FRĒ for the Galaxy S10+ is not compatible with the Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner.
