I was a little irratated with the price tag but the BEST BUY assoicate assured me it was well worth it. He was absolutely, 100% correct.... the case needs a little extra attention to charge and to screw in the head phones but 100% no water penetrates.... I have dropped it in the hot tub twice AND drove with it on my roof then at about 50 mph it flew off and I thought it was over... nope a little scratch on the corner of the case. These are the three major instances I have probably straight dropped it in random places 20 times...... I strongly reccomend for any parents or phone abusers such as myself

Waterproof wise this case does a great job but after 3-4 months the buttons on the sides of the case dont press the button on the phone & I have to literally press & hold the case a specific way then press the button to get it to work. Ive taken off the case n reseated everything but still no fix. Finally broke down & filed a claim with lifeproof n got a replacement. New case came in the mail & everything was great for a few months then it went right back to the problem again this time being the volume buttons (previous case was the screen lock button) Now first thing many ppl woukd say is ita the way I treat my phones... well thats not the case cause I rarely if ever drop my phone, dont sit on it, kids dont mess with it, etc... Im ordering a new case via warranty again but ill likely just save it in a drawer & buy a different brand to use with everyday situations.

Best case to protect phone in all conditions, wet or dry.

cant complain, works great , have dropped my phone several times! Only complaint is after awhile the volume buttons dont work as well

My daughter bought this for her new phone. The case fits perfectly and does a great job of protecting the phone from all intrusions.

I've owned lifeproof before so that is why I chose this again. Good protector for my galaxy 8 . I would recommend following the manufactures advice in testing to see if it meets your waterproof needs.

The case seemed to offer great protection for my phone but the gap between the screen protector and the phone screen was a little annoying.

I had loved the otter box but they didn't service this phone. This case has survived a few drops and I tested the case in water before use. I like the leaner size compared to the otter box.

While the life case may be a good case (haven't had any water etc issue as of yet) the covering the screen is not snug and proves to be difficult to text and navigate the screen

The Lifeproof case has a great design, is very durable, and has the added protection of being water resistant. The price is little on the high side but still reasonable for the added protection.

I've always been a big fan of lifeproof cases, but the curved screen of the Samsung GS8 creates issues that Lifeproof only adequately solves. The gap between the cover and the glass is distracting and somewhat decreases touch screen accuracy. One positive is that the fingerprint sensor is separated from the camera, so no fingerprints on the lens. This is a common complaint about the Galaxy S8 If the film over the glass were tighter, it would be 5 stars.

The case is very solid and fits the phone well. You don't loose any functionality. The price is a little high.

This case is thin & very durable. However, I do not like how the screen covers feels like a bubble over the screen. You have to press a little xtra hard on the screen. Especially on the side.

I really like how light weight it is. Also, I was able to take it with me tubing down the river with friends and capture photo memories because of the waterproof feature.

Durable, sleek and thin but gets the job done. It protects the phone not just from water but also protects the screen from cracking if it is dropped.
