It always had a gap no matter how hard you try and close it. The camera was covered by little plastic circles which didn’t allow my phone Face ID me. I wouldn’t recommend this case for the price head right on over to Amazon. I would have never bought this I only wanted it to take pictures underwater while I was is Puerto Rico.

We're so sorry this FRĒ case isn't checking off all your boxes this time around. The good news is we have some troubleshooting tips which should restore a seamless face ID interaction.
Step 1: Open your case and remove your device.
Step 2: Lay the front of the case down on a flat hard surface with the screen protector surface facing down (the Silence Switch will be on your right).
Step 3: Centered near the top of the inside of the screen protector, you’ll see two small clear stickers. Using your fingernail, remove the sticker on the right (leave the left sticker in place).
Step 4: You may need to use some isopropol or rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip to remove glue residue left by the sticker you removed.
As for the waterproof faulty, we assure you this is anything but normal. If you're willing to give this one more shot, please touch base via our LifeProof website and we'd be happy to help you with a warranty replacement.

Speakerphone doesnt work with this case!

People cannot hear me at all even when screaming into the bottom of the iPhone where the MIC is located. I've used LifeProof for 7 years. It started to do this after a warranty replacement of my last case for the iPhone X this past year and now even with a brand new iPhone 12 Pro MAx and the new LifeProof Fre case it still does it. Fix this ASAP LifeProof

Dropped the phone on the (3ft off the ground) lower edge of the case and the phone screen cracked. the cover screen makes it hard for the touch screen to work. Very poor fitment and design. This is the worst case I every bought.
