    Muffled sound

    The case prevented the camera from recording sound on videos (soft and muffled). I had to tear the foam patch out of the inside of the case to be able to record. Similar issue in "selfie" mode. Phone call voice volume is fine. I was frustrated to have to ruin the waterproof feature of the case to use the cameras on the phone. The case does seem to protect against drop damage.

    How the mighty have fallen

    Purchased this case for the my iPhone 12 since I work outside and the previous lifeproof case for my Samsung 4 and then my iPhone 6s were awesome. I am not impressed with this current case. The top poofs out from the screen so much that every time I text something I am forcing the top down to touch the screen before I can even begin to text. This takes me twice as long to text and search the internet and my fingers hurt from so much pressure. The screen cover needs to be cleaned after every use or I cannot see the phone screen underneath the case screen and the Face ID will not work. Will never get this brand again and will be searching for another case brand.
