Great Improvements

Even though it is pricy, it sure does the job. LifeProof has improved two issues that were a problem on the older ones we have had. You can now talk and people on the other end of the call can hear you and that was a big issue with the older ones and the touch screen works better and is more sensitive on this new one.

Disappointed in the quality

The quality has gone downhill significantly. I had to remove two things off the screen in order to use the Face ID. It feels much more cheaply made and as though the company just threw it together last second. This does not feel like a $90 phone case. I am very disappointed in the product.

iPhone 12 case

I put it into case and Face ID won’t work inside case. I try anything it won’t pick you Face ID. I had return it. I was disappointed. I never had problems with life proof on older iPhone as iPhone 11 and older. I am pretty sure I got bad one when I bought it.

Dirt, water, life, the product kept the phone protected. Did not use a LifeProof cover on my next phone and had to replace it after 2 years. Definitely went back to the LifeProof.

The waterproof feature will go well in my work aboard a dredge ship. Mud, sand, and spraying water are daily occurrences. Overall form and function are found in this case.
