I like the arm band a lot, I use it all the time on my work outs, bike rides, and yard work while i listen to my head phones. Arm band works best with wireless headphones

This is a good case/arm band if you are someone who has a lot of life proof accessories. For me, I thought it was too bulky and wasn’t what I had in mind.

Stays on the connector but kind of hard to get it to connect the way you want but works after that

The piece that attached to the phone and clips on the armband did not attached (glued) well and it keep coming off the back of the phone case. I decided to return it.

I needed an armband to hold my IPhone that is in a Lifeproof case. The Best Buy employee steered me to this product. It is horrible. You have to glue a piece of plastic on to the back of your case. Now my phone won't lay flat and doesn't fit nicely in my pocket. The construction of the actual armband is really poor. I can never get my phone to click into the band and stay there. Plus, it is really bulky and awkward. It's not comfortable to wear while running. For the price I would have expected a much better design and quality other than a piece of glued plastic.

This broke within a week of purchase It does not hold the phone well

I purchased the LIfeProof armband for use with an iPhone 7. It would work equally well with an iPhone 7 Plus. The armband material is thin and flexible. It comes with three different sizes of elastic & velcro strap to accommodate various sized biceps. A small magnet with a plastic base must be attached to the iPhone's Lifeproof case - not the most elegant solution, but I am unconcerned with the cosmetic look of the phone case. The magnet is meant to attach to the phone's case with a piece of double sided sticky tape. Mmmm - that did not work for me. I removed he tape from the magnet, super glued a thin metallic disk about the size of a half dollar to the magnet, then super glued the disk/magnet to the LifeProof case. It took a while for the super glue to set since the LifeProof case is not porous. Once the glue set, the mount was rock solid. It took me a while to figure out the locking mechanism. The trick is that you just place the phone against the armband to allow the magnets to engange, then flip the locking mechanism. Unlock the mechanism and twist the phone to remove the phone. Do not twist the phone as you attempt to connect it to the armband - that merely rips the magnet from the phone case if the glue has not yet set. :-) I have used the armband on 3 long runs of 8-11 miles so far with no issues. Best features: Comfort, lack of movement, ease of use. I'd have given 5 stars if I did not have to work so hard to get the magnet attached to my case. Highly recommended.

I followed the directions to apply the adhesive and waited the one day before using it. The first time I used it the phone snapped off from the band. It is cheaply made and obviously not intended for fast paced sports.
