First, for those that purchased this and were upset there wasn't a cover for the screen, you didn't research the product enough. The Nuud series is what it states......the screen is nude. But, the iPad Air 2 already has a scratch resistant screen. The case seals around the glass so no need to worry if you spill on it. Lifeproof is great.

I have enjoyed life proof cases on my phone and decided to try one on my iPad. I like the style and look. Functions well. Buttons are accessible. Touch ID does not work real well but does work. The finger I programmed while in the case works best. Disappointed it did not have a screen protector. Also I think this and the cover should come together.

We bought this case to put on our iPad air 2 that our 2 boys use. It is great for child proofing the tablet from them, great piece of mind

I love Lifeproof cases for each of my mobile devices. However, you cannot pair the Apple Pencil or charge it with the ipad with the case on. This becomes a big problem when your pencil loses its pairing with the iPad and you have to pry the case open again. Other than that small flaw, it does a superior job of protecting my iPad.

I have owned several Lifeproof cases for my ipads over the years and have been very pleased with the cases and the service from lifeproof when I had a warranty issue. With that said I am completely disappointed with the new cases they are putting out. The case I just purchased for my ipad air2 is not even close to my older lifeproof cases in terms of quality and durability. It now resembles those cheap knockoff cases a third the price. Its very sad. I absolutely loved my older cases! I put them through hell! I do a lot of outdoor wok in video and film and also outdoor sports such as boating, water sports, motorcycles etc. My older lifeproof cases endured everything as I was very hard on them and they held up fantastically! This new case is nowhere near that quality of build, feels very cheap and honestly I am afraid to do half the stuff I previously was able to do. The new cases are definitely not worth the money. I will be looking for a more secure option for my ipad that will stand up to the previous lifeproof case durability.

The idea of a lifeproof case is to protect every side or angle of your electronic item. The fact that it does not have a screen protector and expose the screen to scratches, unexpected harmful spills that might damage the screen is not something I'm willing to take a chance on.

This case is decent enough, but I'm only giving four stars because it doesn't come with a screen protector of any sort. It seems very durable and that is why I purchased a life proof case, but the open screen makes me paranoid.

Expensive...If I had an Ipad air 2 then this would be great. I have the PRO. Finger scan is partially blocked because it is not designed for PRO. I like not having a screen protector so the NUUD function is great. First day I had it my wife dropped it in water. I freaked out! I dont ever rely on the waterproof feature but I am glad it is, up to 6 feet. Speaker sound is muffled because there are not ports near the extra speakers of a PRO

My wife bought this life proof for iPad Air 2 opened and then relieved no screen protection so need to buy more to protect your investment. To me this is junk. I'm returning but now my son won't have his iPad to use until we get back or find a place that sell a better case like the griffin or otter box. Not what I expected or accustom to from life proof cases.

I picked up a LifeProof nuud (for an iPad Air 2) at my local Best Buy. I ensured the box was unopened, but the back panel was covered with scratches and small spots of blank paint. Very poor quality and a very negative user experience. I will NOT consider LIfeProof products in the future.

We followed the instructions exactly. We tested the case and it appeared watertight. We then installed our Ipad. less than 3 months later the ipad started working funny and when we took it to the Apple store we discovered that water had destroyed the ipad. When I spoke with the technician at the apple store he told me that the case is essential a piece of garbage and it does not work. Moreover, when I contacted Lifeproof I was advised that their warrantee ONLY covers their product and not the ipad which their case destroyed. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT IT DOES NOT WORK AND IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK !!!
