I have one of these cases for my iPhone so I wanted to try the iPad. It has protected it from fall damage and water (I have a backyard pool). Best case on market

I like love this cover. The only complaint is the sound is muffled. Great protection. Nuud design with no cover over glass is excellent

I run a dealership and my service advisors use iPads to check customers in and out. We have mainly iPad 4's and they all have the life proof cases with straps to prevent damage and to free up the other hand for the advisor. They were all well built and feel like they can really protect the tablet from their environment. Recently we got an iPad Air. I purchased this case for it and was immediately surprised at how much lighter everything was, however, the feeling of protection was far diminished. It appears as if because they made the air smaller, they felt that maybe the case didn't need to be as substantial. I suppose time will tell. One side note is that I had an extra strap from the previous case and went to put it on this case and it would not fit. I feel that decision was intentional, like a money grab.
