      We are sorry that this Nuud case is giving you some audio problems. This is not typical and we certainly want to get this resolved for you. Of course, a slight degradation of sound can be expected when a speaker is covered in a case, but this impact should be minimal.

      Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
