We were told it was unnecessary because there was a screen protector with the case. It was "installed" and phone placed into the case by the salesman. It took several scratches and chip out of my daughter's screen to prove they never installed one! Apparently there never was one. Thanks Best Buy.

Both of the blue cases will not click together, even while not on the phone. I bought the plum color for myself and it seems fine. Will be returning the two blue cases though.

Cover for lightning port placed lots of stress on cable also worries of long term damage to port and cable. Ringer rocker accidentally turned off on several occasions. These in only a few days use. Would. It recommend this model.

There is no screen protection with this case and I don't see the gasket keeping my phone dry for very long either. I think I should of stayed with Otter Box the Defender series.

The case is more acrylic in texture than previous models. As such, it severely affects the quality of your pics if there is any hint of sunlight or a hot spot in your field of view - major (and unwanted) solar flare effects.
