Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never write reviews unless an item is amazing, or awful, and in this case it is awful. I have been a fan of lifeproof cases for 5 years! This case is Awful. The sound quality is horrendous, it’s super muffled. I contacted the company who walked me though how to make sure it was lined up correctly, which helped some. Within a day of regular use, the case was back to sounding horrible. It isn’t even “bad” sound quality, all you can even hear is muffling and the case vibrates horrendously with just a YouTube video. Other minor issues is it is hard to swipe up from the bottom of the screen, hard to change phone to silent. I’ve had the case on for 4 days and the membrane over the home button is already starting to wrinkle up so I’m guessing that’s only a matter of time before that breaks too. The power button is impossible to use, and it already looks deformed. The case also doesn’t have any sort of screen protector, so if you drop the phone flat it will crack. I wouldn’t even trust this case under water. So disappointed.
