I dropped my iPhone 5 in the ocean leaning over the side of my boat it had a splash proof case not total water tight so I upgraded to a 6s with a waterproof case

That's awesome case it's thin, durable and light it's perfect

Bought this expensive case for my daughters phone, but had to return three times due to cracks which kept appearing along the bottom frame. Since this is supposed to be a waterproof case, that is very concerning. We finally just kept the last one and we're hoping for the best. Her friend has the exact same case and it has done the exact same thing. Very surprised and disappointed for the money.

The case started getting small cracks - I would maybe expect this if I was taking on and off - but did not. The worst crack came near the silence switch which was temperamental according to others. I just do not remember anyone mentioning what "cracks" I would call them micro cracks - unfortunately the case is no longer water proof. Would like to return but not sure if possible. Loved color and see through back panel

I love the look and feel of the case. Nice and light and fits easily in my pocket. Protects phone well. My only concern is that it muffles sound a bit (both my voice when I am talking to others and the sound coming from the speaker). Otherwise excellent case. I love that I can touch my real screen.

I have bought other protective phone covers and this is the best! Due to the waterproof feature, the headphone jack is a little troublesome to use. That is probably why the speakers don't sound good. It is a light cover and thinner than my others. This is the best one that I have owned. I would recommend it.

I am very tossed on this case. It looks like it would hold up well to some serious drops, we have only had minor drops so far. I really like how it seals up to the screen allowing it to be waterproof, but still allow you to touch the screen with fingers. Also I like the transparent window on the back of the case, allows for a sticker to be attached or put behind the window. I do not like that the hole for the earphone jack is so small that unless you have a very small adapter on your headphones, you will be required to use the adapter (included) to attach headphones. Doesn't seem like it would have been too hard to design it with a larger headphone port. It does work with stock headphones fine.

Bought it to use underwater since we didn’t want to splurge on a GoPro or other camera and it served it’s purpose. However, I’ve kept it on since then and it is already super dirty and it’s only been 1.5 months. The rubbery part gets super scuffed/black and it’s really annoying because it can’t be cleaned off. The sound is also terrible, but I kind of expected that.

This is a great, slimmer way to protect your case than my prior otter box. I use a screen protector too, to guard from scratches since it's open. I've dropped it several times (per usual) without issue. I wanted the water proof aspect bc I ski and do some water sports, but haven't really had a chance to see if it helps deter from dissecting the phone case and drying off the phone in the ski lodge, that I've had to do before. My biggest complaints 1) speakers, the case makes them sound very tinny and have a weird echo. 2) the side buttons are harder to push. I wish they weren't quite as stiff. Otherwise it's a great case and if you want something waterproof it's a good option. If you don't mind the bulkiness and lack of water proof feature, the otter box may be more user friendly.

As a field biologist who studies streams, a waterproof phone case is a must. I had my previous lifeproof case (iPhone 4s version) for nearly 4 years and it held up better than I could have ever imagined. This case seems like it will be similar after several days in the field with it. The best thing about this version is the lack of the thick plastic over the screen (a screen protector is included to prevent scratches to the screen). Overall a great product!

Good quality, thick plastic case with rubber bumpers. Definitely keeps the phone protected from drops. The solid plastic frame around the home button is an improvement over the Fre model. The clear plastic back is prone to surface scratches but the front does not scratch easily. Overall, I really like this case. I do use with the Alpha glass screen protector which gives crystal clear view of screen.

I like this case, especially the color. The lack of screen cover attached to the case makes me weary of the waterproofing. It does come with a screen protector though. The camera and sensors on the front of my iPhone collect a lot of dust, dirt and general grime. I definitely have to clean this more often then other life proof cases I have owned. Other then those issues it's awesome! Light weight and much slimmer then the otter box cases.

I really like this case. It's not bulky. I love that you still have access to the screen. Came with a screen protector. Only drawback is the sound quality is not good.

The design is very aesthetically pleasing. As for the protection it does the job and I haven't had any problems after water testing I submerged it with the phone and took videos. The only cons I see is the sound quality does diminish with the case on and I personally wanted more protection for my screen than just a plastic so buying the additional glass adds up to the price. But I love the case and how it works for the most part

I've been using life proof cases for several years. I am not gentle with my phone by any means & this case has really kept it safe. My only issue is the sound is rather "tinny", the headphones adapter is a pain & sometimes it thinks they are still in when they're not. Other than that, I love this case. It looks great, isn't too bulky & it's cheap insurance.

The case it really lightweight and looks great I also did a water test with a kit it comes with and it's true that it does prevent water damage. The product also has a warranty if it gets damaged so that's pretty great. The only downsides are they made an iPhone 6s the size of a plus. The sound can also be mildly affected but not really that bad to notice

Great case for anyone clumsy or just anyone who wants to protect their iPhone!. I purchased this after getting water damage to my iPhone and it was one of the best purchases. I never tested it in the water, but it survived a lot of accidental drops and rainstorms. Would highly recommend the LifeProof NUUD case because you can touch your actual screen which is a lot easier than the ones that have a screen protector covering it. For such a protective case, its not too bulky looking either.

I previously had the LifeProof Fre and this is the tougher case as it has a screen protector and the Nuud doesn't which I didn’t realize. Both the Fre and Nuud are waterproof and shockproof up to 6.6 ft but if you were to drop the LifeProof Nuud face first without the built in screen protector, I am not sure how your screen would be protected and not break.

Case fits great. Bought on sale, otherwise over priced. Easy to use external controls for on/vol/mute. Only negative is waterproof headphone jack could be larger for using head phones without waterproof adapter. May be moot point with iPhone 7 without headphone jack.
