Easily dirty and poor audio

Also, the phone case is approximately a month old and is so dirty looking. I am a 30yr old woman that does not do anything for the phone case to be in this condition. It is uneasy to clean.

We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case).
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I was hoping this new version worked better the my previous one but no such luck. I returned this one. I could not hear people well at all and they could not hear me. I went back to my faithful otter box.

After reading so many terrible reviews I could not understand why anyone would buy these. I bought this only after the sales person told me that if it didn't work right, I could bring it back within 14 days. LET ME TELL YOU!!! This case is AWESOME!!! I can hear EVERYONE as well as before I purchased the case. And EVERYONE can hear me perfectly! No muffled sounds, no garble, just crystal clear. The scratch protector film was very easy to put on and I feel like nothing can hurt my $700 IPhone! I am soooo glad I took the leap of faith!
