However, I didn’t feel that it was a functional product. The case did not come apart correctly when attempting to insert the phone between the two halves of the case. Also, the mechanism on the side that toggles the “silent” switch was difficult to set correctly and ultimately did not work well at all.

Not as advertised or missing a piece

Life proof advertises 6 levels of protection including a front screen protector. I read numerous reviews that stated it had one and watched the video showing all the pieces and parts of the case. I was disappointed to find the case was hollow on the front when I received it. Not sure if it’s missing a piece but I will be returning it to Best Buy

Either the black rubber part around the edge would stretch or peel, or the case wouldn’t snap closed. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this case. You will wait for a replacement more than you will use it. I should have returned it to the store.
