Very poor quality, find another case

At 75.00 it an expensive case and I would expect more than 5 months of use. The rubber ring around the inside that helps seal off the screen started coming loose a month ago. Now the rubber ring around the outside of the phone is now coming lose. One of the reasons I bought life proof is due to the warranty. It is covered but now will cost ME 5.99 to return a defective case and receive a replacement. I will do that just so I’m not out 70.00 and then will probably sell the case and buy something different. It’s ridiculous that a company will not stand behind their product warranty and take responsibility for a manufacturer defect without costing me more money.

Don’t waste your time

The case would not close. It did not even seem as if it was made for the 8. I spent over over 2 hours watching the YouTube videos, reading the directions and fiddling with it trying to get it to work. Super annoying.
