My iPhone X is Cracked

I didn’t pay over 70$ for a case that’s supposed to protect from high falls to have my phone be cracked so soon. My mom has a cheaper case and she’s dropped her iPhone X from higher onto harder surfaces with no cracks.

Fell Apart

Three months later I had to contact Life Proof to get both of them replaced because the rubber bumper started separating from the cases. We have always used their cases for our phones since they came out, but now I have to consider others, big disappointment.

A minor 2-foot drop shattered the screen of my phone. I called Lifeproof and was told they offer no guarantee for damage to my phone but there is a warranty for the case, if damaged. This over-priced case will not protect your phone!
