Never had an issue. Love the brand. Lifetime warranty. Totally worth the money.

My wife is a notorious phone dropper and we have went with other cases in the past and none were very good on protection. This one finally did the trick and I am no longer as concerned about this $1000 iPhone breaking if it falls from her purse.

I love the LifeProof brand itself and it did protect my phone very well. The only reason I gave it three stars is that the side button was very hard to press and sometimes would stick. It wasn’t the end of the world and protected my phone so overall a good case.

Elegant and protective case. I bought this case for my wife and she loves it she’s very clumsy drop the phone multiple times not even a scratch that was the the phone is water Resistant she always feel safe with the life proof case on her phone

Strong case. Shows fingerprints tho. Hard to keep clean of them. Lightweight.

I like the case alot overall, but have a few gripes about the wear. The Plexi almost immediately discolors in the bottom center(something I initially thought was skin oils but after a thorough cleaning the warping is still present) which shows up as a rainbow type effect(picture oil in a puddle). I'm going to have this one returned just in case it's a manufacturing error.

I have used many cases but this one is the best! I needed something to protect my investment and this one is great! Easy to install and well worth the cost! I have dropped my phone a few times and this case did a great job in protecting it!

Purchased the iPhone X and accessories, and couldn’t be happier with them.

Look really great on the phone. But It cover some of the speaker making it hard for people to hear me clear.

Lifeproof does it again with another excellent case. I highly recommend!

Dropped already a couple times it’s protecting the phone good so far

This case keeps the sleekness of the iPhone and provides plenty of protection. Part of the rubber bumper did start to separate from case after heavy use. Life proof didn’t hesitate to send a new replacement.

LifeProof cases definitely protect your phone which is good, however cosmetically we have had the rubber gaskets come unglued causing replacement. This case was a replacement we had to buy since BestBuy mobile closed their doors and BestBuy wasn't able to warranty without receipt. Bummer.

I normally get the Lifeproof NUUD case for all of my phones, but the store was out and I figured I would try the new case. I have had no problems out of the new design and it doesn’t hinder any access to the features of my IphoneX.

Not really impressed with the quality of this case . It is not as durable as the other Lifeproof cases.

This case is great because it does not weight a ton but still gives protection. I've already dropped the phone twice without issues. Finally Lifeproof made a handy tool that helps open the case without casing you to break a nail.

Very good reliable case, have always bought Life Proof cases in the past. The only disappointment regarding this case, is the bottom of the case which has a small slip cover where you place your charger wire seems very flimsy and eventually I sense will rip off. In the past Life Proof cases didn’t have this kind of charger access cover.
