Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this case for a few months now. 3-4 months in the buttons started to become hard to use. First it was the power button. Now that doesn't work at all. Volume buttons are starting to go as well. Case is insanely hard to get off. For the amount I spent on the case it should be way better quality. Wish I could get a refund as this isn't the only phone I've bought one of these cases for.

Never trust Best Buy to recommend a case

Too many models of the S20 that are almost identical so it is near impossible to tell what accessories fit which ones! Plus when I purchased the S20fe Best Buy added this to the recommended accessories, so I trusted them. My bad, now I am stuck the this because it is past the return time, WTG Best Buy, as usual you are of no help.

The buttons will no longer work rendering the case useless. Also the vinyl around the camera area started falling off and became very yellowed. For as expensive as this was you would think it would be better quality .

Can't control phone through case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks nice and BB associate talked the case up. Everything looked great, fit snug... Then realized the case prevents the use of my Samsung S20+ side buttons. Can't turn the phone on or off, or change the volume. LifeProof web site is useless and the included directions are in tiny print and wrtten for a 4th grader. Not worth $9.99 let alone $75+.
