LIfeProof maintains it's quality construction. As always, it does it's main job and protects the iPhone 6+ as intended. But also, as always, it's difficult to hear the speakers through it. Additionally, good luck finding a car aux charger to fit through the tiny life proof case. I spent nearly an hour trying to shave down the male portion of the charger cable to fit through the opening.

For the record, I've enjoyed past Lifeproof cases for my previous iPhone 5. Whenever the case developed an issue, Lifeproof replaced it free of charge. I've been eagerly awaiting the iPhone 6 plus case and purchased it two weeks ago. However, three days ago, I noticed the charging dock door/flap looked odd upon closing it. I opened it and a plastic prong that functioned as an inner closing clasp had broken off. The case became useless since now it was not longer water resistant and the flap just hung open. I would've exhanged it for another but my research showed that this is a common issue for this case. What is the point of an exchange if I'm going to be back two weeks later or sooner returning it again. I'm glad I caught this issue before damage happened to my phone. I'll wait for them to redesign the case so that it is more secure. It's a real shame since Lifeproof normally has solid cases. This one felt rushed despite coming out six months after the phone's release.

I got this for my daughter's iPhone 6 Plus in hopes it never gets damaged and it did perfect in the water test. Unfortunately, after only having it a month, the 2 tiny tabs that held the charging door closed broke off. However, I contacted LifeProof via the internet and the immediately sent her a brand new replacement. I am very pleased with this product and customer service.

I like the case. It's slim not bulky easy to put on. I did have a hard time turning the slient switch on and off button but finally figured it out. I also installed the the screen protector upside down. So make sure you read the instructions. The only bad thing was you have to use an apple charger and connectors not an after market product. Same with selfie stick.

Protection is awesome standard from life proof. However the Quality of sound out not good. People think you're either underwater or sound like you're in a tunnel. I use it when writing my Enduro Dirt bike for protection and along with Bluetooth headset. This case is awesome for this Application. Day to day without headset not a very good case.

I love that its slim and low profile while still being super protective. Being waterproof without covering the screen is a HUGE plus for me, I find that the screen protectors in other, bulkier cases interfere with the touchscreen response. I've dropped my iPhone 6+ a few times from about 4 or 5 feet onto tile and concrete - no damage at all. Cons? the ring/vibrate switch is a little tough to toggle, and it seriously muffles the speakerphone. Also don't like that you NEED to use the adapter to use wired headphones. If I didn't need it to be waterproof, I would buy the Otterbox Commuter. Wife has it. Much cheaper, same slim profile, same drop protection, none of the above mentioned cons, and has a better "feel" in hand.

Nice case for streamline portability. nice quality. waterproofing works but requires the headphone pigtail, a little inconvenient. The door for the charge port broke so I sent in a warrantee claim and an waiting for my new case. Even so when I tipped the boat over in the middle Central Park Lake my phone survived. So-----it works!!

The case was a little difficult to get on however it is near impossible to remove. 3 stars is due to that issue and it is difficult to hear sometimes - speaker is very bad with this case on. It is a perfect case for anyone around water or if you tend to spill things on your phone! Worth the $ just for that reason alone.

I had a lifeproof for my iphone 4. I loved it. It worked underwater just like they said it would. I took it to school and let my students drop it in the pool while filming. The first three drops, everyone loved it. We watched as it sank in the five feet of water and continued to film. HOWEVER....on the fourth drop, the screen went black. My heart sank as I quickly recovered the phone. Water had gotten in. I watched in horror as the screen flickered and died. I contacted lifeproof. They guarantee the case.....not the phone. So, I got a great new case. The problem was, I no longer had a phone to put in it. Well, here we are with the new model for iphone 6 Plus. I am giving Lifeproof another chance. I am going to Asia in two months and I want a case to protect my phone. I have already tested it in water (heart racing the whole time). No problems thus far. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Excellent protection against water and dust the only drawback I've seen so far is that the case supremes the incoming and outgoing sound, making it difficult for third party to heard you on the phone, also the 3.5mm adapter (required) to plug in earphones or Aux cable impedes some of the headphone switch functions.

i have been waiting patiently for this since i got my phone in November ! I've had this case now for a few months and love having it. it really is a life saver. luckily I've only dropped my phone a few times but when it dropped those times i was incredibly happy i had my case on. before i upgraded my phone i had the original life proof on my iPhone 4s and when i took it out to sell it my 4s was in perfect shape and got a nicer bump up in price. the case does muffle my speaker a little but for me its worth it. i just open the flap to hear it better. I've been told that there isn't a noticable change in sound when speaking on the phone. all in all this case is awesome and highly recommend!

Purchased to protect my phone on vacation! Best protection as well as ease of use that i've ever seen. Kept all parts dry in the ocean and at the pool. I use it as protection when i'm near the water with my phone. Easy access to apps, music, water proof.

On my 3rd case. Flap that opens to plug in charger has broken twice me I'm on my 3rd case. Sound while on speaker and/or regular calls is muffled badly. People can't hear me and I can't hear them. The screen it came with could not put on nicely. Paid best buy to do it and they tried multiple times and couldn't either. The area to plug in the charger is too small unless you use a iPhone charger only. So, now my car charger and other extra chargers I bought, do not fit. Only reason haven't gotten a different brand is because the screen would not go I on bought a separate $30 screen and if I buy an otter box it will be a double screen, unless best buy wants to return that one as well...

Bought this for our daughter, she had been wanting one for her IPhone6. So far she really likes the case, it is much smaller than the case she had previously, her phone is not so bulky and heavy now, and hopefully if needed it will PROTECT her phone!

in the past when I had a lifeproof product for my old iphone the screen was protected too...Today it does not feel right not to have something similar to protect the screen. All they give is on of those stick on sheet for protecting the screen. Well the phone still works after I spilled water on it....

Great case if you're looking to protect against water and falls...However, I'm not able to hear the person I'm talking to...Called Lifeproof who said this was a common problem and that I would get a new one in the mail in about 4 weeks....Still recommend it though.

I have used LifeProof phone case before & can state from personal experience it is definitely waterproof! I really like the new LifeProof as a screen cover is no longer required & it is still waterproof. It is a little difficult to access the port for the charger.

I got this case for a hunting trip in northern Michigan. It kept my phone safe from the woods. Now I didn't do a full water test but was safe from the rain. Would recommend if you want the added protection. Cannot speak on drops as I didn't experience any.

Got the new Lifeproof case for the iPhone 6plus. My only complaint is the charging port door broke within a month. Lifeproof warranty covers the replacement so not a big deal. I have owned several Lifeproof cases and they do exactly what they advertise.

This case does what it's meant to do...it protects your phone from the elements. Not the best looking case I've seen and the speaker is muffled a bit, but it definitely does what it says it does. I'm an oil man so this case has gone through a lot.
