We bought the Lifeproof because of the reviews and a friend has had one in the past. Everything about the works but the mute button. The design was not adapted for the iPhone 6 plus. After Lifeproof sent a replacement case, the button still does not work. They will not refund my money and said the place where I bought it would have to refund my money! They won't because it's been past the 14 days! Terrible design of the mute button!

Charging port door VERY weak point and breaks within the first couple weeks. 5 "Life Proof" cases later..... Same problem..... NOT FIXED!!!! Filled out the "Warranty" info and paid the obligatory amount after only 8 months....STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THE NEW CASE! Go with the less expensive case. Probably no less "Life Proof"!

This case is super protective! I love it . Only bad thing is a little rubber piece came off by the charger port and it happened within a few days that I bought it.. I went to exchange it and Best Buy would let me .. but other than that it's great

Terrible case I waited forever for this case and it just fell apart

I'm working on my third Lifeproof case for the iPhone 6 plus. The small trap door that covers the charging port consistently breaks off and negates the whole waterproof claim. Even though I've had LifeProof cases on all of my other devices, I don't trust this case at all. Very disappointed with the case.

I've always used Lifeproof, so when I bought the iPhone 6 Plus, I obviously decided to buy the Lifeproof case for it. Worst decision ever! Within two weeks, the piece that protects the charging port is broken. Absolutely ridiculous!

The door that covers the charging port is poorly made. It broke on me once, and it took almost 2 months for lifeproof to send me a new one. Then within a month of receiving to the new one, it broke again in the exact same spot.

I really wanted a waterproof case because I am an avid bowl wanted a waterproof case because I am an avid boater. After purchasing this and putting my phone in it it seemed great it was sleek easy to pull in and out of your pocket nice looking . The problem occurs when you try to plug in your phone and charge it The access port for your plug-in is insufficient for 95% of the Chargers I have Apple Pay chargers that did not work this is something that they should put on the package

DO NOT buy this case, water got into my life proof and messed up my iphone 6 plus! I am 100% sure I had it sealed correctly because it had gotten wet earlier in the day and it was fine. I'm so disappointed and of course all life proof offers to do is replace the case! They even told me there is a 1 in 3 chance that this will happen!! That's insane. I got the case a second time after I repaired my iphone but then it started coming apart and the charger flap became loose! I will NEVER buy a life proof again, I bought an otterbox today and I'm satisfied.

The first thing I always do when I get a new phone is get the lifeproof case. After one broken screen well waiting for the new life proof cases to come out imagine my excitement when I finally found one! Well it took answering one phone call to figure out they are designed incorrectly. The spot you are suppose to talk into does not line up with the spot on the phone! So the person on the other end cannot hear you. Needless to say I returned it the same day. I stopped at the Apple Store only for them to tell me they are well aware of the problem this they do not even stock them. Unless redesigned stay away from these cases and save yourself the hassle!

I'm not rough with my phone or cases at all but this one has scratches all over it. Also, the clasp on the door to the charger port has broken - so it is no longer water proof. A lot of money wasted in my opinion.

This is a nice feeling case, and looks good but you can't hear anyone on the phone, nor can they hear you. It sounds like you are talking in a tunnel.

I purchased this item for a cancun vacation having the need to protect my phone from water damage, there is a test you conduct before putting in the actual phone to see if it's water proof, it worked, but when I was at an actual water attraction in cancun the phone got wet not much it was never submerged in water so that's what's most disappointing not only did I loose all the pictures and videos on my phone but my phone is completely dead I contacted LifeProof with my problem and they offered to refund me my cell phone case money or that they would send me a new one..... WTF are you kidding me ??? I need a phone now not a case ....Bottom line do not buy for water protection it does not work.

Just 9 days after purchase and already the charging port locking tab broke, it seems to be the same one that everyone else have issues with!

this case is not bad its got its flaws like muffled calls and the back plastic scratches easily but it is what it is a waterproof/ everyday phone case

The flap for the charger won't close. I paid $100???

People say you sound like your in a tunnel. You cant hear them. if you like to play Music, it sounds horrible. Do not waste your money! :(

The charging port cover broke instantaneously. When spending over $90 for a case I expect better quality. Do not buy this case.

Charger piece broke off after first couple days and already looking rough after just a couple weeks.

With this case on my phone everyone tells me that I sound like I'm talking through a sock.
