If you're looking for a case that provides good protection for your device, the LifeProof case definitely does that. However, the usability of the device is greatly impacted by the case. I couldn't get the mute switch to work properly with the LifeProof case. Because of the case design around the Home button, I struggled to access the quick menu from the bottom of the screen, which I use several times a day. And I'm not a big fan of needing to use an adapter with my headphones simply because of the case. I'll hold on to the case for extreme conditions, but this won't be my everyday phone case.

This lifeproof cover for iPhone 6+ feels light in it's weight, thin in your hand, and comfortable when handling. If you're a klutz as I am then you need this product. I have experienced many frights of having my phone drown, but thanks to this product I feel that it's completely safe. Yes, there are a few annoying things, as it is opening the charging cover since it is a bit hard to open but it's a simple silly thing that can be overlooked since the cover itself is secure and fulfills its purpose.

Overall decent design and it does protect the iPhone from water, dirt drops etc. However I would not give it five starts for a few reasons. 1. Drop it once from 3 or 4 feet and the rubberized corner gets knarled. 2. The charging port trap door latch is too thin and fragile. One of the two latch prongs broke already from just trying to close the trapdoor. On the upside the warranty replacement is already on its way. I hope to see the replacement design of thie latch will be improved. All in all though if you want a thin case that is water proof there is no other case that I know will do the job.

I loved how thin the case was compared to the otter box defender. The latch that you open to charge the phone broke & wouldn't stay closed after about a month. Also no one could hear me when they called. They said the sound was muffled & there was a lot of background noise. I returned it to Best Buy & got an otter box commuter! I love it!

This case is terrible. First of all it is really expensive and then, I can't use it because when I receive a phone call nobody can hear me because the mic is so covered up. I used the case about 2 weeks and took it in water once. It is waterproof however I had to take it out of the case every time I got a phone call. I use my phone a lot for work so it just got annoying and I no longer use it.

It does what it says. Put it to the test and passed. Only flaw is if you like to use the phone speaker it sounds horrible and people have a hard time hearing you.

I love the color, and the over all look of the case. I did notice the case affected the sound of the speakers. I guess it's worth it when u know its waterproof.

This is a cool case and fits good on the phone. The only downside is the speakers don't work as well with the case on. But that's expected since it is waterproof.

I love the case other than the fact the charger port piece broke on me two different times and that people can't hear me very well on the phone due to the case.

Can't hear incoming calls that well, also speaker sound limited by enclosed case. Phone is well protected though

It does protect your phone but people can't hear me as well while talking on the phone and while listening to music it's not loud as without the case on.

Great case for people working around water, I would have liked a non. Skid backing and a front protector that was built into the case but still a good case

This is my 4th Lifeproof case for my third device. I believe Lifeproof provides the best protection against falls or spills (especially if you have little ones), but at the cost of having terrible sound quality. This one on my 6s has had the worst sound quality yet, I can barely hear on a phone call and the other person cannot understand me. If you're looking for great protection, this is it but realize you will struggle with sound on a call.

I have found this to be a great case for my iPhone especially during outdoor activities. My iPhone survived getting wet while kayaking and at the beach. It also kept the iPhone free from the sand and dirt and protected the iPhone when it fell. The case is tight and can be a little difficult to remove but that just showed me how sealed it is. I followed the instructions about testing the case prior to use and the case kept the test unit dry. I was able to make and take calls and also take photos while the iPhone was in the case. I did notice some of the notifications beeps I have set on my iPhone sounded a little muffled but that was no big deal to me. I am able to charge my iPhone when the iPhone is in the case and I am also able to use my earbuds. As an FYI - I purchased an Encased Workout Armband for LifeProof NUUD Case - iPhone 6 Plus 5.5" which allows me to easily access my iPhone during outdoor activities. I would recommend this case for anyone who has an iPhone 6 Plus and wants protection during outdoor activities.

I love the lifeproof line of products. JD one for my old phone and it kept it in pristine condition. Finding one for the iPhone 6+ proved to be challenging, but I lucked out at best buy. However, the clasp that covers the charging port broke after about a week. I went to exchange it, but the store was out of stock. I didn't want to leave my phone unprotected in the meantime, so I need up with a different brand. Very frustrating. Still, I will eventually get another one and still highly recommend this product. If you find one, get it! They are in high demand.

The case does what it says, protects your phone from water and everything life throws at it. The only downside and reason this case does not get five stars, is because the flap that covers the iPhone charging port. It has breaks very easily. The two small clamps that keep it closed are made of plastic. If they redesign the clamps to keep the flap more secure, this case would be a epic five starts. Until then four stars is all this case gets.

The first time buying the case, we decided to put it on in the store and noticed that it didn't completely deal around all of the edges. We exchanged it for another one. This current one sealed great, passed the water test, and is lightweight. There is not a front protection against your glass like the otter box, but it does come with a screen protector. From what I've read, it is wise to remove the phone every now and then and clean the seals from dust and debris and retest it for water to make sure it is still working properly.

Hello , iI purchase a IPhone 6 plus and I needed a case and I check out the Lifeprook case and it had a lot of benefits and protection and they had 2 colors to offer black and white, so I called best buy and they said only white cane in , I called the next week and I got the same answer, I was disappointed that they never have the black case, it match my phone better, and also the case is a good case ,but they should have put a cliff on it for one to carried it around, I think that would be a great help and improvement for this case.

The waterproofing on this device does work quite well and the protection of previous Lifeproof cases have been great. However, when playing any audio from the speaker with the case on, there were significant vibrations coming from the back of the case. I assume this was because the sound was reverberating through the case in addition to the hole it was supposed to exit. Disappointed in the case and traded in for another.

I water tested and it did prevent water from reaching my phone. I do have a problem hearing people though. Other than that, great product.
