Thankfully we do make a case that is compatible for the 6s so as long as you are still within Best Buy’s return window you should be able to get this resolved with relative ease! Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first. The plug from the jack fell off plus the trouble of needing it the most when this happened! I had a similar issue with a Lifeproof case I purchased about 2 years back. Never thought it would happen again... and never will I spend on this again!

Forgot I left it on the roof of my care while struggling to get stuff in my car! I saw in my rear view mirror fly off into two lane road!. Pulled over realizing what had just happened. Running, watching and stressed as a big SUV, mini van and Cadillac all run over it. -the result my case small tiny crack rubber rim roughed up and my phone -beautiful, totally beautiful ! it worked like it came out of the box! tTis case and phone even temporarily landed in the amazon river and dry ,dry ,dry! Love this case!

They are awesome at keeping water out but unless you plan to only ever use the original apple charger don't buy. We've tried 3 different chargers and none will fit with the case on so now less than 18 hours after putting them on we're taking them off. This was a problem with the iPhone 4 version, very disappointed they didn't choose to fix the issue.

The sound was not so good on both the ear piece and sound speaker. i think that is what it's called anyways..If you need a outdoor case and need to be able to hear when you get a call,text,email or ect. This case will not be loud enough.and also hard to hear when you are on a call, no problem with all the other functions of this case.

Then I'd have to decide who has better impact protection. Probably Otterbox?
