I love the Life Proof cases. They are durable and protect our phones well. My daughter has one as well, and loves that she can take pictures near water without fear of ruining her phone. Makes me feel better to know that her phone is protected from damage. The only draw back is the tinny sound in the case. It changes the acoustics of the speaker a bit. I got the Nuud one this time in hopes it would help. It does a little, but I suppose this is the price to pay for a small decrease in sound quality.

Overall I’m relatively happy with the Nude case due to its protection. It’s slightly bulkier than the Fre but the lack of a screen cover more than makes up for that. Audio quality in both directions on a phone call is pretty poor however. The max volume is decreased and people have a difficult time hearing me at times. That tends to get worse over time as the small, recessed openings for the speaker and mic collect dust and are difficult to clean. Same goes for the front camera opening. It’s often clouded with dust and needs to be cleaned with something like a q-tip.

This case is great as protection. Not so good when your taking on the phone. Blocks the speakers somehow and people can’t hear you talking very well.

I wish that Lifeproof stayed with this design when they introduced the case for the iPhone 7. This case is slim, feels good in the hand, and has good grip. As with most Lifeproof cases, there is a bit of sound quality lost and the latch to the charging door broke after about four months of use. Lifeproof quickly replaced it for free, however. Overall, still the best waterproof case on the market.

Very Sturdy Case, People Sometimes Can't Hear Me When I speak with the case on. I have tried with the case off and the issue goes away. People say I sound muffled.

Hard to hear phone in this case..... muffles the sound coming out of the phone. It is waterproof. Went back to Otterbox

LifeProof nuud iPhone 6s case keeps contaminants out of the phone but the trade off is it also keeps my voice out pretty nice when I try to talk on the phone and it keeps sound inside the case too. Problem solved with using a bluetooth or wired audio/microphone combo but it's kinda inconvenient to answer the phone if I'm not already connected. I've dropped the phone a couple times already and there ain't no damage.

This is my fourth Lifeproof case (on different phones) and with 3 young children, the protection it offers has been well used. Phones have been thrown in a pool, spilled on, covered in grubby little fingerprints, even washed in a washing machine AND dried in the dryer without any adverse effects. The only drawback that I've noticed with this one is distorted sound when using the phone speakers.

I read about the issues with the charging port but I've had no issues with it. I charge my phone maybe once or twice a day and try my best not to mess with the port. Protection is great and the rubber ads grip to my phone. However I don't like how the backside scratches easily and leaves the case looking mistreated. Talking on the phone can also be a pain because the person on the other side can barely hear you.

I was hesitant to purchase because of the price. I received it for Christmas. I like everything about the case except the headphone jack. You have to "unscrew" the cap and use an adapter to connect your head phones. Which makes it inconvenient to carry the small adapter everywhere. Other than that it protect my phone really well. I've dropped it several times and my phone was protected.

I love that this product protect from drops and water damage. The cause is hard to get on and off and I feared that multiple removals would mess up the overall protection it provides. Also switching the silent button off and on is difficult and you must use the provided attatchment for the headphone jack. None of this really bothered me and I love the product overall.

This is a great protective case and is light weight so I liked it because of that! I liked this a lot better than the Lifeproof cases with a screen protector built into it, however it does make the sound muffled and it's hard to hear. It's because of this that I didn't use it very long at all! :(

I bought this to have a water proof case on a cruise and was absolutely impressed with it. The sound problems that I had with people hearing me on older life proof cases was almost non existent. There was a little loss of quality but nothing like what caused me to stop using life proof on my older iPhone and of course the protection it provides has been great.

For the cases there are available on the market this is the most durable one I have found. The good is it protects the phone very well so if you have teenagers or for work or play this is a great phone protector. The bad is that over the course of time dirt dust get into the port holes and it's hard to hear people talking on the phone.

It protects the phone from trauma and water, but can garble your voice when speaking with the case on the phone

I can honestly say this case feels well made and like it can take a beating. that being said it has a few flaws. Its nearly impossible to listen to music without it sounding distorted from the case. And like some had mentioned it makes talking on speaker phone impossible. the people on the other end can't make out what your saying. Ive been told I sound muffled or underwater. I put this on my iPhone 6s and unfortunately couldn't keep it as my daily case. The water proof function from the case only works if it can make a seal around the glass of your screen. I already had a screen protector installed at Apple so the case doesn't seal on my glass. Its a good case if you use a bluetooth headset and never use your phones speaker and don't have a screen protector installed this case will provide good protection.

They have made a lot of improvement since my last case for my iPhone 5c. I drop my phone daily and work over water 90% of the time. I haven't had any issues, and the case is still in good shape after all the abuse I put it through

I purchased this case so I could take my phone to the beach without having to worry about it being ruined. It definitely lives up to all expectations. Only complaint is sound quality. People on the other end of the phone have trouble hearing me and the speaker sounds muffled when listening to music or using speaker phone.

I always purchase LifeProof Cases for my Apple products. They are reliable and easy to use. One of the biggest downfalls of the product is reduced sound quality due to waterproof seals. I also am irritated by the headphone jack adapted, because I am constantly using headphones. Make sure you do not lose the o-rings!

Great case! My phone has been dropped on the ground and in the water never a problem with the phone. Reason I got a new one, it fell out of pocket and mower chopped it up! but it protected phone enough to save the SIM card.
