Sometimes our NUUD cases are a little nervous to be given the honor of protecting your iPhone, and at first the buttons on the side can be a little inflexible. We apologize that they are giving your fingers a workout, but they should loosen up over time! We so apologize about any miscommunication regarding our NÜÜD case for the iPhone 7 Plus! We actually do not consider the iPhone 7 Plus NÜÜD to be compatible with the iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus devices, which is probably why it wasn't working perfectly. We do have a NÜÜD specifically for the iPhone 8 Plus coming soon, but unfortunately at the moment it is not available to purchase.
