Customers appreciate the great protection this product offers for their iPads, citing its ability to safeguard screens from scratches and damage. Many also find the built-in stand feature convenient for watching movies or using the device hands-free. However, some users have noted issues with the screen protector, particularly its thickness and fit. A few have also reported that the screen protector does not fully protect the home button.

Nice Cover But...

I love the fre case for the iPad Mini and was hoping this cover was the perfect accessory. But the hinge doesn't appear to be long enough for the cover to rest in the protective screen area. Either the plastic screen protector is too thick preventing good contact or the magnets on the smart cover are not strong enough to hold it in place.

This is the perfect addition to your case. Closes and stays closed. Turns the iPad on and off perfectly.

I bought this along with an iPad mini for my elementary aged child. I thought it would be a good idea to have a case that would protect the device from the mishaps of a 4th grader. Well it was dropped and shattered inside of the case. I called Lifeproof...they informed me they DO NOT cover breaks of the actual device. The representative also told me that what he was saying was listed on paperwork (probably the fine print) inside the box. I just want everyone to be very careful. The name does not actually mean what they will cover. YOUR DEVICE IS NOT COVERED. To me it is not worth the price since it was one third the cost of the device it was essentially an overpriced case that did nothing to provide an insurance should the device break. THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY ON THE DEVICE.
