I've bought plenty of things from best buy, but have never written a review until now. I was disappointed at first about the dual motor version being sold out. I thought I wouldn't be able to make it up hills easily. I found that I was wrong. It's advertised for 15 degree inclines but.... I'm 5'11 200lbs and I was going up 30 degree inclines easily while moving through light slushy snow. The brakes are spot on. I am pleased with the top speed. I did a round trip commute of 6 miles up and down hills and this board handled it flawlessly.
It's worth noting that this is my first electric board so I have nothing to compare it to, but my experience so far has exceeded expectations.

Don't waste your money on an Acton or a Yuneec. This thing is a beast. I was torn between single motor and dual so I figured I would try the single and I am not disappointed. Handles hills like a champ. Absolutely rips.

I BMX for the most part but have been wanting one of these for a while, and man am I surprised by how awesome this thing is. Being the single motor edition I was a little skeptical with the power and wasn't sure if it would be enough to get me going fast, but wow this thing is plenty fast and so fun. Going full speed 100% of the time the on the board with a full charge will get you roughly 7-8 miles. HOWEVER, if you are going half or even three quarter speed you can make it 13-14 miles no problem. I image if you cruised around 7/8 mph on a full charge you could get the claimed 16 mile range. Excellent for quick rides to Target or places to get a bite to eat on my lunch break, and just generally fun to ride around parks and roads. One of my best purchases in a very long time. Highly recommended! In fact, after a few of my friends rode my board, 3 of them went out purchased one of their own. Let that be a testament to how great this board is. Boosted boards are way overpriced, go with this one. For sure.

This is a great electric skateboard. It's fast and easily goes up hills. I wanted a bit more speed so I purchased the double motor and it's definitely faster

Amazing Electric Skateboard.

I am in love with this skateboard(which is more like a long board), but there are some pros and cons. The cons are that.. well there is only one con. This thing goes really fast, and so there is a regulator. If you are going down a hill, it will keep you from going faster. Which is also a good thing because I weigh about a hundred pounds, and I sat down on it with my friend who weighs about the same. When we used the remote we went the same speed as you would if only one person was on it. It is amazingly fast, has a long initial charge, but the rest are fine, and a long lasting remote. The longboard came with a skate tool, which I used to loosen the trucks. For some reason, my left back wheel connected to the motor wore down very fast and started to get flat spots, but I emailed lift board support and they responded same day. I have them my address and they sent me brand new wheels. The support team was very nice. Overall, I would give this a ten out of ten.

This thing is amazing I haven't had any problems with it at all over the years. It goes just as fast and charges pretty fast as well.

This board is definitely awesome, and I love that the board has a hole in it that is meant for a handle, makes it easy to carry around. Also, it's not overly extreme on the decals, it's simple and elegant that it doesn't look like an "electric" skateboard.
I took it for a ride to my local gym, and no one noticed that it's an electric skateboard,(for me it's a good thing) they thought it was just a regular skateboard, but once I got on it, I was then stopped and asked what it was. Awesome!
I will be getting the dual motor once it's available, the only reason is because of more power and dual brake system instead of one.
Battery life is expected to be 16miles, but I wished they could've added an indicator how much battery is left via "different" color on the power button instead of constant red when it's on. Green 70%-100%, Yellow 40%-70%, and Red being less than 40% would've been cool. Not a deal breaker, though.

Very quality board. I recieved it around new years and despite a small malfunction that the company fixed, it works great. It does go around 16 mph and goes anywhere I need it to take me without needing a charge. I have only tested this to about 8 miles before charging.

The board looks really nice and the parts seem well made. However, I wasn't able to get the remote to kick into fast mode.I assume this is because of the remote and it's cheap quality. The remote doesn't seem sturdy and the buttons seem unresponsive by design. I opted for this board over the Inboard because of price and the fact that I will not be using it on an everyday basis. At this point I think I will either spend the money for an Inboard or wait for the Boosted Mini to ship faster.
A few other notes from unboxing the lift Board are that it would be nice to have a strap for the remote. Also, the user manual and website could have more info.
Hopefully this helps with any potential purchasers out there. Now I just need to make my return to Best Buy.
