These LifX Bulbs are the best even better than Philips Hue Bulbs which are not as bright or have as many colors as this! This light does not require a hub like the Philips either so that's a big advantage and the app is awesome. Only downside is it is pricey.

This thing is bright. i had to buy a housing for it. the colors are awesome and its easy to set up. I love everything about this brand and absolutely recommend it. a Little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I have this bulb in a stand up lamp in the living room. I needed a light as bright as possible since we don’t get any morning natural light and do not have an overhead light. That was the #1 reason I chose this over the hue. I’m so glad I did as it is so bright and just what we need. It was easy to connect to home kit and the LIFX app and hasn’t lost connectivity once. I recommend doing HomeKit first and then finishing setup in LIFX. I did one bulb the other way around and it didn’t connect to HomeKit correctly. After install I got a new router - I recommend you save the HomeKit QR code for quick reconfiguration. I love being able to turn on the light anywhere for the pups. I downloaded a third party which creates amazing light shows to music as a fun extra. Super happy with the purchase and plan on buying more!

The lightbulb from LIFX is great. It was easy to install and setup with no need for a hub. On top of that the color ranges and brightness are great. Would recommend to anyone. I own Phillips Hue bulbs as well and like them, but LIFX has won me over personally.

I think LIFX bulbs are the best out there - if they first connect to the home's system. I've had one or two in past that simply would not connect no matter what I did. Most however did connect and did so quite easily and fast, just as it should be. They are bright and easy to use via the iPhone app.

Got Google Home as a gift so wanted a light to have fun with. This light was a great pickup. The set up was easy. Had some trouble getting it on my wifi but that had more to do with me forgetting my wifi password than the ease in which the setup was. I liked not having a bridge to connect the lights.

Lifx bulbs are the brightest of all the Smart bulb brands out there. Connects directly to WIFI no hub needed. The app is pretty good, but I think it could be improved. It can be controlled with Google Assistant, and Alexa. It's worth it to try one to see if its right for you.

High quality light, stays connected and responds reliably to Alexa commands. Replaced some cheaper bulbs with these to get better reliability of operation. Would definitely buy again.

App for IOS could use some work. Not super user friendly. But I am satisfied with the results. They are much brighter than their competitors.

Easy to set up, easy to use, no wifi or disconnection issues, just a solid job all round. Recommended.

I am loving all of the different settings, and it is so easy to run. I even use it as a morning alarm

One of my first ever purchase to upgrade my home to a smart home and it does not disappoint. Best of all, no needs to use a hub. Just screw, power on and connect to your wifi. One thing though, once in a while it does disconnect to wifi and it's a bummer to reconnect again.

This is my second LIFX smart bulb purchase. I bought this bulb for Halloween. It has a spooky candle flickering effect in the app which is really awesome! There are some otter cool effects included in the app too. I also use this bulb to light the room for my football team colors on game days. While I do enjoy controlling the bulb from my phone app, my only complaint is that these LIFX bulbs occassionally have to be reconnected to my internet. Otherwise, this is a good bulb for the price that should last the rest of my lifetime.

This will be my 4th Lifx light and they are amazing. Simple setup, works great with Alexa and Siri.

Love, love, love LIFX! Their color reproduction is amazing! But lights grouped together in HomeKit don’t fade or change color at exactly the same time they do if faded in the LIFX app.

I really want to love these bulbs. The colors are amazing and they’re fun to set up and use but they occasionally experience connectivity issues. Just do your research first. We were able to get them working really well by isolating them to their own WiFi router. They certainly don’t get along well with a “chatty” WiFi network.

Highly recommended the LIFX product. I use this bulb for mood lighting and every day use. Perfect for the holiday color schemes. So easy to set up and no hub required. I have multiple lifx bulbs set up with apple HomeKit. All work with options without the lifx app.

We have found this lightbulb to be a nice benefit to be able to ask Alexa to turn the light off.

Love the bulb. Like that I can change the color and turn it on and off with my phone and Alexa
