Installed this to provide ambient lighting in our room. Love it! It's great being able to change the color - red at night so my night vision isn't affected. Would buy it again. Would love to put these all over the house at some point.

Lifx has created a super easy way to add color and control to any light source. Simply screw it in, open the app, and 1 minute later you have a light you can control from anywhere (literally!). Since it is connected to your WiFi, you can control it from any cell or internet WiFi connection. Make it change color, brightness, or my favorite - set up timers! You can tell it when to come on or off, what color, what brightness, what day of the week, even dusk and dawn settings for your region. You can also group individual lights together and then control the group as one unit. Once you have the settings perfect for a particular event or mood, save it as a scene so you can have one click access to it anytime! All controlled from your phone or tablet. Best. Lighting. Ever.

I have a lot of products from lifx since they were at the beginning. Had couple of issues with some of the bulbs, but the costumer service is awesome. They just sent me replacement bulbs in couple of days.

I like the first lifx light so much, I bought a second one.

Have replaced the basement can lights with these. I have outside Lifx lights also. Only issue is reminding myself not to flip the switch off and use the app.

The colors generated by this bulb live up to the Internet reviews as they are deeper and brighter than their competitor (Phillips Hue)......Installed three in my vaulted living ceiling and they light up the entire room

I don't know if this if bestbuy's fault or lifx's. I received this product via mail and the box was not in good shape. I was thinking probably it's because of dog livery. When I opened the box, the bulb has a lot of scratches and it doest look new. I was the checked if I bought a refurbished or a new one. I purchased a new lifx! I was so disappointed I received a used product. The reason why I buy my things online and opted for the home delivery is because of this pandemic and I have no time to go to bestbuy personally.

Easy set up with app and many nice features. I liked the fact you did not have to buy any switches or hardware to use. Just install the app and bulbs and configure your settings.

As I slowly convert my home into a smart home, these are my bulbs of choice. They are bright and last a long time. I love all the features the app present as well. Definitely buy these over Phillips!

Ah yes, the LIFX bulb. I have 7 of these bulbs and they all work swimmingly. I will be purchasing more, and despite the price, these products are very impressive.

The led bulb works great. We have it connected to our Google Home and it works with no issues. We control it while home with voice vommands and when out via the app. We love changing the colors each day.

Got 2 of these to try out, was wanting to be able to change colors. Got them and they did so much more then I thought. So now there in every light in the house.

I own several of these 1100 lumens light bulbs, and I love them. I control the lights with Alexa and the LIFX app works well. I'm happy with this brand.

Really like this smart light and it's ability to change colors. Only drawback is that I have had to reset the light on a few occasions as it has not responded to the app.

I bought four of these to place in wall sconce lights in our theater. Installed and configured very easily. I was able to connect them to Alexa to use voice commands with an Echo.

I tried this but the color really hurted my eyes. Also, the daylight above 3500 would make your eyes blurry after about 10 seconds. Also, the bulb gets really hot after just less than 1 minute, to a point it can burn your hand.

I have been using Lifx now for a couple years. Back when you couldn't get them at BB. I have 12 gen 1 versions running in our conference room, and over 14 at home. Kitchen, living room, foyer, and bedroom. You are only limited by your imagination and wallet! One note to mention though- you will need to have a robust Wi-Fi setup (high-end router) and I also recommend a high speed internet feed as well. I have a dozen Lifx, Nest thermostats, August locks, Google home, Pop buttons, Android tablets, Logitech remotes, and more... you will find that everything works better if you have your "home automation" on their own Wi-Fi, and everything else on a separate band. And a lot of bandwidth never hurts!
