    Very cool smart bulb! Best to get it on sale. The coolest thing is that it can display multiple colors at the same time! I think it's best to use in a lamp where you can actually see the bulb. It's more of an "artwork" or a novelty than a bulb that puts out a lot of light to see.

    Great LIFX bulb especially with the option to change colors on an instant Ben waiting to get this for a long time always out of stock. No hub needed to get this working with WiFi but if you want it to control our voice to activate then hub is required.

    This is one FUN multicolor LED bulb to enjoy. The bulb works well with the app, and there are many color patterns to choose from. I have mine in an upright shadeless lamp, so as to look like a candle.

    Colors don't match their other bulbs. Pointless to have these in a room with other lights. If you want these by themselves then you're good. Lifx products have been very reliable for me, but I hate the fact that they don't calibrate them to match. A simple lookup table, geesh.

    I love these lights but they did not last long. Features are cool and the app is amazing but one power outage and it’s dead. Didn’t work anymore and couldn’t reset it :/

    For a smart bulb it’s needs to go back to school. I might as well use a regular bulb as it never works to the simple dusk to dawn schedule that I have assigned to the bulbs. I do not recommend this product.

  • New app and firmware … does not work with alexa

    New firmware and app means the bulb no longer works with Alexa and it cannot even connect to their LIFX app! Let that sink in. Their own product does not work with their new app and has not for MONTHS. And with no fix in sight. Stay away from this expensive train wreck until they fix their app. What good is the bulb if it does not work.
