Colors are great and bright and I’m talking about the display, im still can’t be able to setup, as other reviews stated! Is SO HAARD to get it right :( but...I don’t want to give up!

I love these tiles, I wish there was a bigger option of these. like 8 tiles! that would be awesome. i say for the price that are okay.. they are on the expensive side. i do love my lifx lights. i have the mini color bulbs, the 5 tiles and a extra tile, and the light beam. they all meet my expectations. if the price was less expensive i think i’d buy a lot of them and a lot of other people would be able to afford them! if you have the extra money on hand, pick one of these up and try it out for yourself! they are pretty sweet!

These light panels are good, but they are a pain to install. After installing, they are very good and very bright. The animation stops working when you closer the app or leave.

I love these things. They are the only tiles on the market that can do what the do. However, I think they have been discontinued. Anyways. Here are pros and cons. Pros: colors are bright and the different scenes that can be created are amazing. They are easy to turn on and off with the app as well as with Echo or Google. Cons: arranging the tiles and making sure the cables remain in tact is a massive pain. Once on the wall, there is Zero wiggle room with the cable.

I'll start with the biggest con: these were a MAJOR pain to set-up. The instructions should be iterated on to ensure that only one tile will show up as the master tile (instead of all five tiles, which caused me to take them down and reset them, re-wire, etc). Wiring these up onto the wall were also a pain, very difficult to have the tiles set flushed to the wall. However, once all said and done, these lights looks great and I have no trouble controlling it with the Lifx app (I do have other Lifx products so I am used to the app).

Colors are stunning. But a bit hard to set up and link together. But once it’s up and running, very color.

I am enjoying the tile lights. I use it every day and when paired up to my echo it enhances the experience. Tons of colors and many options for just whites as well. My only complaint is I did have to exchange it for another because the cable shorted out and setup will take longer than you would think. But once its up and running its amazing.

I was looking for an art piece for a column in my apartment, but the area also needed lighting. This kit fulfilled both - sort of. What I created was a vertical column - but what these lights are obviously manufactured for is horizontal orientation. Also, if your wall is not absolutely perfect, expect to mount these onto a board, and then the board onto the wall. They're fine - but it's not a quick set-up

We love these lights. However, there are some issues. It was difficult to put up, it takes two people. Everyone and again, the lights just randomly turn on. The app is very easy to use and overall we are happy with them.

Really customizable wall art piece/light source. It can be a bit too bright at times but I guess that's better than it being too dark. I live the different scenes just wished they had more. The setup can be tricky so plan it out before just slapping them on a wall though.

Be prepared for up to an hour or two to get these functional through setup. Do not affix them to the wall and expect them to work; you’ll be taking them down several times and plugging/unplugging them in while cursing and downloading firmware updates for EACH tile. Once set up they are amazing and like no other smart lights.

bright and vibrant, tough install. be careful with stickers as they lose grip easily

Overall, the tiles were a nice add on to the room. The only problem was that I couldn’t get them to properly connect with my phone. Regardless how many times I reset them, how many devices I tried to connect them, they would refuse to work properly. They only time I was able to get them to respond properly was when I would set the tiles to “music visualizer” feature.

I love the colors and optics of these lights, but the software can be an issue. Since the pandemic, the company and lifx stock has been none existent. I hope this company survives, because I'd like more lights.

This product is fairly reliable and performs at a very satisfying level. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is for 2 reasons: 1. The primary power cable was faulty 2. It is very difficult to mount with the cables behind them Overall, I am satisfied.

I have my whole family room using LIFX smart light bulbs . And very happy with the products. So decided to add these tiles on the wall. It blends in with LIFX eco system just perfect. Easy set up with WiFi and app. Interacts with all LIFX bulbs very well. Especially when you choosing playing themes and effects . My only complaint is the Velcro tapes included is not great idea if your wall is texture one like mine . They're not easy to stick on . Required the right amount of pressure to have them hang. With the $250 price tag you would think they have something better to hang them on Other than that , it's great smart lighting kit . Looks great on wall with all effects you can play with in the apo

Had these lights for 2 months and already they don’t work. They also don’t stick to the walls that good either...I would recommend finding something other then this product.

So fun to play with! I can’t wait to create new visiuals for the wall. Installation was a little tricky but got through it with extra string double sided tape that I had to buy separately.

These lights did take little effort to set and put up. Only reason for not being 5 star. I would rate closer to 5 than 4 though. Really it was only complicated because of the design I was trying to set up. So it more or less as complicated as you want to make it.lol These lights are great and really change the atmosphere of the room. There are presets and and color pallets, as well as brightness control. There is so much you can do and change with the app, as well as voice control. They can also be changed or turned by tapping a tile, and have visualization for music. Great lighting product!

pictures are misleading. You need wires to connect each tile to each other and one to the wall. For $200 this was quite disappointing.
