Customers value the brightness and ease of use of the LIFX Wi-Fi LED Tile Kit, finding the setup to be straightforward and the resulting illumination appealing. However, some customers found the installation process challenging and experienced connectivity issues. While many appreciate the product's design and appearance, concerns were also raised regarding price and the adhesive's effectiveness.

I have so many smart home items. Google homes, harmony, Phillips hue, etc. and lots of items running off of iftt. This product should just not be sold. It's far from ready. First I had to change major router settings for this to work. Causing all my smart phone devices to have to reconnect. That took 2 hours of troubleshooting. Boom! Got it all working and great figured out the pattern I wanted. It was a little complex but it was going to look great. Played around with cables trying to get them to sit right to get on the wall. Then poof 4 lights turned red. Only one was working. After taking it all down 6 TIMES I said screw it and packed it up. Total wasted time 5 hours. Not counting that now I have to reconfigure EVERY DEVICE CONNECTED TO MY WIFI. Read reviews on Reddit. Everyone is having this problem. These good reviews are either fake or not updated. I'm not just some old guy trying to figure out electronics. I have been doing this kinda stuff since the first smart bulb. Listen to me. I swear, avoid this product at all costs. Avoid it avoid it avoid it. I'm not kidding take it out of your cart.

Failed after a year. Random taps on the wall from another apartment would activate them so had to turn off that feature. When power came back after outages (even brown outs), they'd go to 100% white in your bedroom which was annoying in the middle of the night

Incredibly hard to set up, and started falling off the wall after 1 month. These lights have destroyed my smart home set up, as for some reason they do not work well with other amazon alexa. Now, one light is working and the rest refuse to connect and are flashing red, and the product is unusable.

setup is a nightmare. I cant believe it was so difficult to set up a few lights. I literally spent hours trying to set them up and was unable to. Apparently this is common if you search the internet.

Power adapter overheated and burned out after 1 month. Could have started a fire.
Best buy will not accept returns after 15 days.
The manufacturer, LifeX has not responded to the support ticket.
We spent a lot of money on these lights, Even though the brand is unknown, we trusted that Best Buy would sell quality items, and back up the products they sell.
I am now out more than 200 and have non-functioning lights.
