Avoid Best Buy for preorders.

In store employees told me to cancel the order. Then last night I got an email saying I have 24 hours to get a update my payment method or they will cancel my order, however my payment info is valid, Best Buy is doing everything to get out of me saving 10 dollars on this purchase.

Preorder Disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I preordered this game, for its getting harder to get physical games anymore. Preordered weeks ago too. Now on the day of this release (2/21/25), the game is delayed. BB, I’m disappointed. First its getting rid of movies and now your video game department can’t even get my game on time. Huge headache.

Preorder let down

Got a notification it was ready for pick up only to go to the store and learn its now delayed. They couldn’t give us a date either. Very upsetting. We always preorder games with Best Buy, but will rethink that decision next time.

Burn me twice, I'm done preordering through BB!

As the other reviews have stated, NEVER TRUST A PREORDER WITH BEST BUY. This is what I get for trying to keep a brick-and-mortar business open I guess.

Don't Preorder From Best Buy
